Our product will reach your door between 2 to 5 days. Inside dhaka 2 to 3 days and outside dhaka 3 to 5 days unless any inconvenience occurs.

At EnScented, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please review our refund and return policy below:
Inspection upon Delivery
We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their products in the presence of the delivery person. This allows you to verify the condition of the item and ensure that it meets your expectations.
Return Process
If, upon inspection, you wish to return a product, please notify the delivery person immediately. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the delivery charge for returning the item.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please inform the delivery person at the time of inspection. Please note that customers are required to pay the delivery charge for both returning the original item and receiving the exchanged product. Also, you may return up to a maximum of two products per order.
Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery, and returns must be initiated immediately in the presence of the delivery person. We are unable to process returns or exchanges after this timeframe.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria.
